Modify shader in Tiles/Props preview

It is possible modify the shader/render texture used to display thumbnail for Tiles and Props? I want to make TileEd work with LWRP, which doesn’t use built-in shaders.

Wait, strange, this is ALSO caused by import process.

You see LWRP can auto upgrade most built-in material into LWRP material, and while the upgrade works (material display properly in inspector, scene, game view), TileEd somehow doesn’t see this change.

After Reimporting the tile, issue is gone.

That thumbnail is using Unity thumb related functions to get the image to show so, ye, not sure why it would show up pink as if material is not applied to prefab.
